Welcome to Code Colosseum. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the software development and digital products competition ("Competition") hosted on our platform. By participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • Original Work: All submissions must be the original work of the participant or team and must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

  • Third-Party IP: Submissions must not contain any third-party intellectual property unless the participant has secured appropriate licenses or permissions to use it.

4. Prizes and Awards

7. Code of Conduct

  • Professionalism: Participants must behave professionally and respectfully toward other participants, judges, and platform staff.
  • Plagiarism: Submissions must be original work. Plagiarism or use of unauthorized materials will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Cheating: Any attempt to manipulate the competition results through unfair means, such as hacking or collusion, will result in disqualification and potential banning from future competitions.
  • Harassment: Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to disqualification and further action.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

  • Platform Availability: Code Colosseum does not guarantee continuous availability of the platform and will not be responsible for any disruptions that may affect participation in the Competition.
  • No Warranty: The Competition is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We are not liable for any technical issues, lost data, or submissions that fail to be delivered.
  • Limitation of Liability: Code Colosseum will not be liable for any damages arising from participation in the Competition, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law
